Lashaunda Johnson

LaShaunda (L.J.) Johnson is an experienced professional currently serving as the International Supplier Engineer Manager for the MENA-TIG Region at RTX since February 2024. Prior to this role, Johnson was the Quality Clinic and Compliance Manager at Collins Aerospace from July 2021 to March 2024. Johnson has an extensive background in quality assurance and compliance, having worked as a Quality Assurance and Compliance Advisor for Baker Hughes, where responsibilities included supporting API Q1 and ISO 9001 standards. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Chemist and Quality Assurance chemist at Schlumberger, as well as various positions at M-I SWACO, focusing on laboratory management and product quality testing. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Business Systems Management from the University of Phoenix and additional education from Texas Southern University.
