Leah Hull

Leah Hull currently serves as Associate Director of Operations and Supply Chain at RTX, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Leah was an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network and operated as a Strategic Consultant focusing on digital manufacturing trends. Leah's previous experience includes serving as Director of Manufacturing at Dandy, where Leah optimized operations and introduced new product initiatives, and as Vice President of Production Operations at Continental Carbonic Products, Inc., where Leah led manufacturing across multiple locations and successfully implemented Lean Manufacturing Processes. Leah holds an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
