Lee Anne Sobiech is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in systems and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering at RTX since July 2023, Sobiech previously held multiple leadership roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, including Director of Software Engineering and Associate Director. Sobiech's tenure at Raytheon spanned over a decade, during which positions included Manager III of Systems Engineering and various senior engineering roles. Sobiech's academic background includes dual Master's degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Engineering Management from Duke University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Texas Christian University.
