Lewis Smith

Lewis Smith is a Principal Recruiter at Raytheon, bringing over 15 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment. Having worked in complex, technical recruitment across both domestic and international landscapes, Lewis has developed exceptional coordination and analytical skills. Previously, Lewis served as a Human Resources Assistant at the United States Embassy in The Hague and was a Principal Recruitment Consultant at AustCorp Recruitment in Dubai. Additionally, Lewis held the position of Principal Technical Recruiter at The Louis Berger Group in 2011. Currently, Lewis is pursuing a BSc Honors in Psychology from The Open University.
