Lidia Carneiro

Lidia Carneiro is currently a Senior Manager in Global Learning & Development at RTX, where they focus on enhancing organizational learning. They have extensive experience in various finance and development roles at United Technologies, including positions as a Sr. Treasury Analyst and Global Learning Specialist. Lidia began their career as an Operations Supervisor at Connecticut Natural Gas Corp. They are also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Central Connecticut State University.
