Lindsey Shaw

Lindsey Shaw is an Associate Director of Quality & Mission Assurance at Raytheon Technologies, where they have worked since 2005. Lindsey began their career at Raytheon as a Process Engineer, progressing through various roles in Quality and Mission Assurance, including Senior Manager and Program/Factory Quality Manager. They have received multiple awards for excellence in operations and quality, and completed the Engineering Leadership Development Program and Leadership Excellence Program. Lindsey holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University.
