Lisa Pelc, CSP, SGE, currently serves as the Operations Excellence Leader and Environment, Health and Safety Manager at RTX since January 2019. Prior experience includes being an Entrepreneur at Bella Casa Staging & Redesign from July 2014 to December 2018, and managing enterprise optimization and ergonomics programs at Raytheon from May 2007 to July 2014. Pelc has a strong background in lean manufacturing techniques, achieving significant improvements in process efficiency and workplace safety. Earlier roles include Account Executive at SEMATECH and Ergonomics Director at Texas Instruments, where Pelc developed and implemented global ergonomic programs. Lisa Pelc holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas.
