Lorena Lima

Lorena Lima currently serves as Sr Director of HR Strategy & Initiatives at RTX, a position held since September 2025, where Lorena functions as Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to this role, Lorena held various leadership positions at Collins Aerospace from November 2018 to September 2025, including Director of Talent Management and Director of HR Partner, focusing on executive development, succession planning, and HR operations. Earlier experience includes roles at UTC Aerospace Systems from January 2013 to October 2018, where Lorena managed human resources for Global Aftermarket Services and progressed from HR Generalist to Manager of Human Resources Partner. Lorena holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Central Connecticut State University.
