Luidgi Felix

Luidgi Felix is an accomplished Director and leader in program management and systems engineering with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. They served as a Senior Systems Engineering Program Lead with honors at Raytheon from 2008 to 2015, later taking on roles such as System Engineering Manager at Raytheon Missiles & Defense and Senior Mission Assurance Manager at Raytheon Intelligence & Space. Currently, Luidgi holds the position of Associate Director, Mission Assurance and Engineering at Raytheon Technologies, while also directing Supplier Assurance at Raytheon. Luidgi is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce and has a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering innovative solutions. They earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Northeastern University.
