Lynn L. has extensive experience in finance and internal controls, currently serving as the Director of the Internal Controls ERP Transformation Team and the Director of Enterprise Services Controllership & Compliance at RTX. Prior to this role, Lynn held various leadership positions at United Technologies, including Director of Accounting and Controls, Finance and Controlling Process Manager for the SAP Implementation Team, and Senior Manager of Accounting and Controls. Lynn's career started at United Technologies Corporation - Pratt & Whitney, with roles such as Senior Manager in the Controllers Organization, Manager of General Accounting & Consolidations, and participation in the Financial Leadership Program. Lynn earned an MBA in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford and completed the Darden School of Business's UTC Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Virginia in 2008.
