M. Patrick Sagman

M. Patrick Sagman is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management across multiple industries, including aerospace and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Raytheon Technologies since October 2021, Sagman previously held positions such as Systems Engineer II at CNA Corporation and Systems Engineer at Safran, where collaboration on passenger seat requirements and Lean Manufacturing practices were key responsibilities. With a strong foundation in systems engineering from Bell Helicopter, where roles included managing helicopter development requirements and designing rotor components, Sagman has demonstrated expertise in requirements management, training, and process optimization.
