Mark Catheline

Mark Catheline is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager for Digital Technologies at Raytheon Technologies since November 2016, Mark is responsible for creating and maintaining Alteryx workflows for data organization and enterprise quality reporting, as well as assisting in the implementation of EtQ/Reliance software for audit and CAPA management. Previously, Mark held the position of Customer Quality Manager at United Technologies Aerospace Systems, where critical improvements in product quality were facilitated through customer relationships. Prior roles include Software Quality and Quality Systems Manager at Hamilton Sundstrand, overseeing embedded software development, and Quality Assurance Engineer/Programmer at Hughes Aircraft Company, where Mark implemented statistical process control and developed a defect reporting system.
