Matt Smith

Matt Smith is a seasoned professional with experience in engineering services management at Raytheon Technologies since April 2020, currently holding the title of Manager. Smith serves as the Program Configuration Manager for the Lower Tier Air Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) program, overseeing product Bill of Materials (BOMs), managing Technical Data Packages (TDP), and leading the Configuration Control Board (CCB) for hardware documentation. Responsibilities also include managing the Estimate at Completion (EAC) for the Configuration and Data Management budget, writing proposals, and supporting bids. Prior to this role, Smith worked as a Configuration Analyst at Raytheon from July 2015 to April 2020, where involvement included management of the Qatar Early Warning Radar program. Smith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, obtained from 2010 to 2014.
