Matthew Fletcher

Matthew Fletcher, PhD, is a Lead Data Scientist at RTX in Workforce Intelligence and Advanced Analytics. A veteran of two deployments to Afghanistan, they served 11 years on Active Duty in the Army as a Military Intelligence and Operations Research Systems Analysis officer and continue to serve in the US Army Reserve with the 75th Innovation Command specializing in Big Data and AI. Matthew's educational background includes a PhD from North Carolina State University and a Master's in Operations Research from the same institution, as well as a Master's from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Previously, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and held roles at the US Army, including Assistant Professor and various intelligence officer positions.
