Matthew Fulchino

Matthew Fulchino is currently the Executive Director at Raytheon Technologies, where they focus on the execution of high technology research and the deployment of nationally significant programs. With extensive experience in leading large teams and managing complex projects, Matthew has successfully integrated diverse cultures and developed multi-discipline teams. They previously held roles as Executive Director at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, Advanced Mission Operations Analysis & Research Manager at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, and served as Principal Investigator and Technical Lead at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Science in System Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
