Matthew Han

Matthew Han is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic agreement management, finance, and project management. Currently serving as Deputy Lead of the Strategic Agreements Team at Raytheon Technologies, Matthew co-developed a new team and enhanced processes for executing strategic agreements. Previous roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space included managing significant subcontracts valued at $60M and leading cost analyses that resulted in substantial price reductions. Matthew's experience spans data analytics consulting for the ERS Group and project management in the US Navy, demonstrating a solid track record in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
