Matthew Hoeper is a Combustion and Propulsion Engineer and a PhD student at Purdue University, where they study Mechanical Engineering under Dr. Terrence Meyer, focusing on combustion, sprays, and propulsion. Prior to their current role as a Senior Research Engineer at RTX, Matthew served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from 2018 to 2024 and received the NASA Space Technology Research Opportunities Fellowship in 2020.
