Matthew Tucker, MBA, is a Senior Manager in Naval Power Procurement at RTX Corporation, where they manage major subcontracts and supplier performance for significant defense programs. With a strong background in procurement and contract negotiation, they previously held the role of Manager, Space Subcontracts at RTX, successfully leading multimillion-dollar contracts and complex negotiations. Prior to joining RTX, Matthew served as a Procurement Agent at The Boeing Company, where they handled high-visibility contracts and resolved key supplier disputes. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington, Matthew continues to enhance their expertise in the field.
