Megan Avenetti is the Executive Director of Employee and Labor Relations at RTX, bringing extensive experience as a Human Resources professional in the aviation and aerospace industry. They have held roles at notable companies such as Raytheon Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, and United Technologies, showcasing proficiency in Labor and Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement. Megan completed a Bachelor of Science in Employment Studies and Labor Relations from Penn State University and holds an SPHR certification.
