Megan McLendon

Megan McLendon currently serves as the Director of Employee Communications at RTX, a position held since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading executive and functional communications for Operations and Digital Technology. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Communications for Collins Aerospace from October 2018 to January 2024, overseeing communications for the President and strategic development functions. Earlier roles at Collins Aerospace included Associate Director of President Communications and Sr. Communications Manager for Aftermarket. Megan also held the position of Manager of Corporate Communications at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from June 2013 to October 2018. Additionally, Megan's background in journalism includes significant production roles at WCNC-TV, WHDH-TV, WFSB-3, and WSVN. Educational qualifications include a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College and a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from UNC-Greensboro.
