Meghan Dome

Meghan Dome is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and retirement plan operations. Meghan served as Director of Total Rewards and Director of Retirement Plan Operations at RTX from February 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, Meghan held the position of Associate Director of Retirement Plan Operations at United Technologies from April 2017 to April 2020. Meghan's earlier career included roles at Aon Hewitt, where Meghan worked as Health and Welfare Client Leader, Health and Welfare Domain Manager, and Health & Welfare Benefits Service Manager from March 2012 to March 2017. Meghan began the career at Crosby Benefit Systems as Team Lead for Participant Services from July 2006 to June 2008. Meghan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Framingham State University, earned between January 2003 and January 2006.
