Mel Wicksall

Mel Wicksall, PMP, is currently the Associate Director of Systems Engineering at Raytheon Technologies, where they lead a team of over 30 Systems Engineers through the systems engineering life-cycle. Previously, Mel served as the Section Head of Systems Engineering at Raytheon, overseeing strategic plans for the V-22 aircraft and ensuring project completion on time and on budget. They hold an MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, along with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP certifications. Mel's experience includes a role as a Technical Project Engineer at Rolls-Royce, where they managed high-stakes projects and collaborated cross-functionally to implement complex updates.
