Melody Grubbs

Melody Grubbs, Ph.D., is a seasoned Chief Engineer and Associate Director of Systems Engineering with extensive experience in advanced technology and semiconductor physics. They served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University, where they developed high-temperature stable amorphous metal alloy gates. Melody worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation in various roles, including RF Design Lead and Chief Engineer, before transitioning to Raytheon Technologies as a Lead Systems Engineer for Emerging Programs. Currently, they hold a position at RTX as a Senior Manager in Advanced Electronic Warfare. Melody earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University, along with a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in related fields from Stanford and Caltech, respectively.
