Meltem Erdamar has extensive experience in engineering and program management, having worked at Intel Corporation from 2010 to 2012 in various roles including Quality and Reliability Engineer, Product Development Engineer, Device Engineer, and Reliability Engineer. Subsequently, Meltem joined Raytheon Technologies, serving as a Systems Engineer from 2016 to May 2019 and advancing to Program Manager from May 2019 to the present. Meltem Erdamar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Baskent University, as well as multiple master's degrees: an MBA from Hult International Business School (2021-2023) and two Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University and Northeastern University.
