Michael Atchley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and military operations. Currently serving as a System Engineer at RTX since December 2023, Atchley has also held the position of Principal Engineer/Site Lead at KODA Technologies, Inc. since October 2020. Atchley’s career with the United States Air Force has spanned over two decades, with key roles including Chief of the Joint Interface Control Cell and Common Tactical Picture Branch, where oversight of theater-wide datalink operations and management of multiple branches was crucial. Additionally, Atchley has held various leadership positions that encompassed training, operations, financial management, and avionics systems, culminating in a strong background in command, control, and combat readiness. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science and multiple degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as an Associate degree in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
