Michael E. Hernandez Sr., MEng, is a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer at RTX. They have held various roles in the engineering and technical fields, including as a Systems Integration Engineer at CACI International Inc and as a Sr. Engineering Coordinator at Fluor Corporation. Michael has experience as a Program Technical Support/Program Security member with the USAF AFE and has contributed to youth development as an Education and Careers Coordinator and Coach/Trainer. They earned a Master of Engineering degree in Technical Management from Texas A&M University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology at UT Permian Basin.
