Michael Milisci

Michael Milisci is a highly experienced Material Planning Manager currently serving as the Senior Manager RHS Material Lead at RTX since 2025. In this role, they collaborate with project managers and various departments to overcome barriers and meet aggressive schedules. Previously, Michael worked at Raytheon Technologies from 2018 to 2022, where they held the positions of Engineering Planner and Materials Planning Manager, supporting engineering builds and managing shipment logistics. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Buyer and Senior Planner at MACOM from 2000 to 2008, where they managed significant procurement budgets and met sales goals for multiple product lines. Michael earned a BS in Information Management from Rivier College and obtained a Certified Purchasing Manager designation from the Institute of Supply Management in 2008.
