Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is currently a Program Configuration Manager at RTX, specializing in aerospace and vertical lift engineering support. Previously, they served as a Manager of Configuration Management at Sikorsky, leading efforts on the CH-53K Aircraft program to ensure compliance with customer requirements and military standards during its transition to production. Michael has also held the position of Configuration Management Section Leader at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, focusing on air and naval power. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication from Bryant University in 2007.
