Michael Tidball

Michael Tidball is currently a Supplier Quality Manager at Raytheon Technologies, where they oversee the quality organization and support teams in process and product improvements. They previously served as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Raytheon Technologies, driving quality initiatives through advanced product quality planning and a zero defect mentality. Prior to this, they held various roles such as Director of Quality at OECO and Manager of Manufacturing Stress Engineers at McDonnell Douglas, managing teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Semiconductor Processing from the Oregon Graduate Institute and is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Aircraft Engineering at Western Michigan University.
