Michael Villani

Michael Villani is a Senior Manufacturing Operations Leader with extensive experience in the field. They have served as Manufacturing Operations Sr Manager at Raytheon Technologies since 2021 and have been with Raytheon as a Manufacturing Operations Manager since 2002, leading teams in cost, schedule, and quality management for low volume assembly product lines. Prior to these roles, Michael worked as a Supplier Planning Manager at Sycamore Networks in 2001 and as an Education & Training Administrator at Draper Laboratory from 1997 to 2000. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Suffolk University, earned between 1981 and 1986.
