Mike C.

Mike C. is the Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Global Ethics and Compliance & Global Trade at Raytheon Technologies, where they lead a team of 90 officers supporting over 40,000 employees worldwide. They previously served as an attorney at Brown Rudnick LLP and held various legal positions, including Assistant Counsel at United Technologies Corporation. Mike has also worked as the Human Resources Director and Risk Manager for the Town of Cromwell. In academia, they served as an adjunct professor in Financial Risk Management at the University of Connecticut School of Business. Mike holds a JD from The University of Connecticut School of Law and a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University.
