Mike DeAngelis

Mike DeAngelis is currently the Associate Director - Solutions Architect and SQR Lead at Raytheon Technologies, bringing over 25 years of experience in HCM transformations. They previously held roles including Global Payroll Solutions Architect at Raytheon Technologies and Sr. Technical Integration Consultant at ADP. Mike started their career as a Computer Technician at IBM, where they applied diagnostic techniques and trained new employees. They earned a BA in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in business process improvement and has successfully led large-scale initiatives while motivating teams and enhancing technical deployment practices.
