Mike LeConche

Mike LeConche is the Director of Global HR Transformation at Raytheon Technologies, a position held since 2014. Previously, they served in various HR managerial roles at Hamilton Sundstrand, United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, and MassMutual Financial Group, accumulating extensive experience in compensation and employee relations. Mike earned an MS in Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, they completed the Emerging Leader Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2006.
