Mike Mills is the Vice President of LTAMDS/GhostEye Programs at RTX, responsible for the execution, oversight, and growth of advanced radar systems for the Navy. Previously, Mills held various roles at Raytheon, including Senior Director of Naval Radar Programs and Program Director for SPY-6 Radars. With a background in systems engineering from a tenure at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Mills also served as a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Currently, Mills is pursuing a Master's degree in Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
