Mike Violette

Mike Violette is an experienced technology leader specializing in data center strategy, IT infrastructure, and service management. Currently serving at RTX in the role of Data Center Strategy & Transformation, Mike is responsible for developing enterprise data center strategies aimed at improving reliability and operational efficiencies. Prior experience includes a tenure as the Global IT Infrastructure PMO Leader at Pratt & Whitney, where Mike directed a team to implement project management standards for critical projects. At Cigna, Mike held roles such as International IT Portfolio Leader and IT Service Management Director, focusing on delivering IT application services and developing ITSM strategies based on ITIL principles. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Pathways Consulting Group, WellPoint, and Anthem, culminating in achievements such as managing large teams and substantial budgets while implementing transformative IT solutions. Mike holds a BS in Business from Central Connecticut State University and completed leadership education at Thayer Leadership in 2022.
