Mike Willoughby

Mike Willoughby is an Associate Director of Multi Domain Integrated Solutions at Raytheon Technologies, where they have been since 2022. They have been with Raytheon since 2004, serving as the DCGS CFSR Ground PLT Lead, managing over 400 Contractor Field Service Representatives across 22 ground station locations. Prior to their work in the private sector, Mike served in the USAF from 1981 to 2003 as an Operations Intelligence Analyst, where they gained extensive experience in U2 operations and program management for advanced imaging systems.
