Mindy Seiffert

Mindy Seiffert is an accomplished professional in the field of digital technology and management, currently serving as a Cyber Maturity Leader at RTX since June 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Collins Aerospace, such as Digital Technology Business Relationship Manager and Innovation Engagement Manager. Mindy has also held leadership positions at Geonetric and Open Gates Group, providing strategic direction to multiple companies focused on local foods and organic products. As a Partner at On Target Talent, Mindy offered consulting and training services, and served as Co-Founder of Shores Event Center, overseeing operations and marketing.
