Miroslav Micovic

Miroslav Micovic is an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon Technologies, where they continue to advance high-frequency transistors and circuits based on gallium nitride (GaN) technology. They have pioneered improvements that extend the operating frequency of GaN electronics into millimeter-wave and sub-THz bands. Previously, Miroslav held roles as Senior Project Manager and Senior Scientist at HRL Laboratories, as well as a consultant at Bell Laboratories. They have also served as Department Manager for RF MMIC Technologies at HRL Laboratories from 1998 to 2016. Miroslav is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Physics at the University of Ljubljana and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Penn State University.
