Misty Boren

Misty Boren, CIAM, PMP, is an Identity and Access Management leader with over 16 years of direct experience specializing in IAM automation and process improvement. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Identity and Access Management at RTX, Misty has also held various senior roles at Navient and Sallie Mae, where they led IAM teams, developed processes, and implemented security solutions. Misty holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and an Associate of Science in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is actively furthering their education through Academy Leadership.
