Mitchell Summers, MBA, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and Principal Employee Relations Partner at RTX, since April 2017, Mitchell supports a workforce of 1,000 engineers, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Previous roles include Executive Recruiter at ALL’s WELL Health Care Services, Staffing Manager/Recruiter at Robert Half, and Treasury Analyst at Colony American Homes. Additionally, military experience as a Human Resources Generalist in the United States Air Force involved providing HR support to over 5,000 personnel.
