Natalia Pecora is currently the VP of Operations & Supply Chain Strategy at RTX, where they leverage extensive executive experience across various sectors including Industrial, Energy, Services, Private Equity, and Aerospace & Defense. Throughout their career, they have successfully built and led high-performing teams in Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end business transformation and M&A lifecycle leadership. Natalia previously held roles at prominent companies including Flowserve Corporation and Baker Hughes, where they managed significant initiatives in supply chain leadership and business optimization. They earned a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Texas and completed a leadership development program at GE Crotonville.
