Netta Lomasney

Netta Lomasney serves as a Strategic Capture Executive at Raytheon, leading a large strategic initiative for the Stinger Missile in collaboration with European partners and the U.S. government. In previous roles at Raytheon, Lomasney held positions such as Sr. Director for Requirements, Capabilities & Solutions in Land Warfare & Air Defense for Europe, and directed efforts for capabilities deployment to Ukraine, including the initial NASAMS deployment. Lomasney also has experience as a Director in various functions, including Business Development Strategy Operations, and has played a key role in supplier quality management, operations management, and lean manufacturing initiatives across multiple organizations. Lomasney's extensive career spans significant contributions in the defense and high-tech sectors, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from Babson College.
