Nicole Martin

Nicole Martin is the Director of Strategy & Transformation at RTX, a role they currently hold. They have previously worked at United Technologies as an Incident Response Analyst and Cyber Security Analyst, enhancing IT security measures. At Collins Aerospace, they served in various managerial roles, including Program Manager for Military Development, overseeing a significant military program, and Associate Director for both Commercial Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Transition and Aftermarket Program Management. Nicole also has a background in sales and marketing, beginning their career at Banneker Industries, and has served as a Staff Sergeant in Cyber Security at the Connecticut Air National Guard. They earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University and are currently pursuing an MBA from Western New England University.
