Nicole McCormick

Nicole McCormick, MBA, MSBA, is a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at RTX, where they support decision-making and risk mitigation for a legal and privileged Integrated Project Team. Previously, they served as Manager of Business Process & Governance at Collins Aerospace and held roles at Carahsoft, including Team Lead and Marketing Operations Manager. With a strong background in analytics and change management, Nicole has successfully driven business performance improvements in various roles since beginning their career at Hy-Vee, Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communication and Public Relations from St. Ambrose University and both an MBA and MSBA from the University of Iowa.
