Nikki (Nara) Im, MBA, is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in program cost, schedule, and control management. Currently serving as a Principal Program Cost, Schedule, and Control Specialist at RTX since June 2021, Nikki has previously held significant roles including Sr. Program Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst at Raytheon Technologies and Sr. Staff Accountant at Aimbridge Hospitality.
