Pam Welch

Pam Welch has extensive experience in licensing and compliance, currently serving as Associate Director of Licensing at RTX since September 2014, where responsibilities include acting as Export/Import Manager and Empowered Official for Global Trade Compliance. Prior experience includes roles at Drs Technologies as Senior Manager of Licensing and Compliance, Licensing Manager positions at both Boeing Company and L-3 Communications, and a Manager role focused on EXIM at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Earlier in her career, Pam held administrative positions at the Department of Defense and Boeing Company. Pam Welch holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Strayer University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
