Patricia Swope, CSP, CPSA, CWCP, is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Health, Safety, Medical & Analytics at RTX since April 2020. Patricia has a strong background with previous roles including Sr. Director of Environment, Health & Safety at Raytheon Technologies and Manager of Environment, Health & Safety at United Technologies Research Center. Patricia co-founded Practical Safety Solutions, LLC, where skills in occupational safety and health were leveraged along with management expertise. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management from the University of New Haven, an MBA in Finance/Marketing from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
