Paul McLaughlin

Paul McLaughlin is currently the Associate Director of Event Production at RTX, where they leverage strong leadership skills and a diverse background in event management. Previously, Paul served as the Associate Director of Strategic Events at Pratt & Whitney, leading the planning and execution of trade shows and events. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, and human resources across various organizations, including Florian Tools and Otis Elevator Co., Paul has demonstrated rapid progression through multiple levels of management. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bentley University.
