They previously served as a Principal Material Quality Manager at Raytheon, focusing on supplier quality management, and held engineering roles at various companies including Fujitsu and Cisco. In addition to their technical expertise, Phil is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Community Counseling Associates, integrating therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' needs. Phil holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and an MBA in General Business Administration from Amberton University, along with a BSEE from Texas A&M University.
