Phillip Bush is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within Raytheon Technologies and its predecessor, Raytheon. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operations & Supply Chain, Phillip has progressed through various roles, including Program Operations Lead and Value Stream Manager. Responsibilities have included overseeing IR&D investment decisions, managing proposal efforts, and driving process improvement assignments that enhance efficiency in production control. Phillip's engineering background includes significant contributions as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Product Sustaining Mechanical Engineer, where notable achievements included the design and implementation of test equipment, process improvements yielding substantial cost savings, and recognition through multiple awards for outstanding performance. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
